You pick the time slot first and the assistant silently matches you with a therapist whose specialty fits your service.

How this assistant behaves

• Time-first flow. You choose the slot, the assistant picks the therapist. There is no 'pick a therapist' step.
• Two locations. The assistant asks which branch before showing services or times.
• Changes. Allowed. Swap service, branch, or time mid-flow and dependent fields re-resolve.
• Side questions. Answered. Ask about treatments, hours, or branch details mid-booking and the assistant replies briefly before returning to the step.
• Jumping ahead. Allowed. Name a service, branch, or slot upfront and each piece lands on the right step as you reach it.
• Bookings require confirmation. Completed flows land as pending. A staff member approves them on the back office before they become real.
• Add-on suggestions. Related treatments are proposed based on what is already in your cart.
• Chat opens on its own. The bubble auto-opens five seconds after the page loads.
